Job summary

Allstate is seeking a motivated professional to own a meaningful financial services practice under the Allstate brand in Utah. You’ll build your own practice with support from Allstate Agency owners to grow new business in your community.

As a Financial Specialist, you’ll meet customers face-to-face with a team of licensed professionals, access a broad product suite, and receive leads and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of life insurance or financial services customer-facing sales experience.
• State Life/Health Insurance Licenses
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 (if applicable) licenses
• Blended mix of protection and asset accumulation sales
• Prior Experience as a Financial Advisor, Financial Planner, Registered Representative or Investment Representative preferred
• Professional designations such as RICP, FSCP, CLU, ChFC, CFP and LUTCF preferred
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with emphasis on business preferred

Responsibilities

• Own and grow your own financial services practice under the Allstate brand with agency support.
• Meet with customers face-to-face and build deep relationships to generate leads.
• Collaborate with Allstate agency owners to access new revenue streams.
• Leverage the Allstate team for continued education and product offerings.
