Job summary

Allstate is seeking a Financial Specialist to build and own a financial services practice within your community. You’ll work with Allstate Agency owners to drive new business, leverage the brand, and access additional revenue streams.

You will join a support-focused team that provides products, education, and leads as you serve clients face-to-face, with a strong emphasis on both protection and asset growth. A proven sales background and licenses are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of life insurance or financial services customer‑facing sales experience.
• State Life/Health Insurance Licenses.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 licenses (if applicable).
• Blended mix of protection and asset accumulation sales.
• Prior Experience as a Financial Advisor, Financial Planner, Registered Representative or Investment Representative preferred.
• Professional designations such as RICP, FSCP, CLU, ChFC, CFP and LUTCF preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with emphasis on business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers face-to-face and build deep relationships to drive revenue.
• Collaborate with Allstate Agency owners to generate new business leads.
• Provide financial advisory services and cross-sell opportunities to clients.
