Quad is launching the Project Impact Trainee Program in Milwaukee, designed for individuals seeking a manufacturing career with no prior experience. You’ll receive paid Career Readiness training and transportation, and begin work at our Hartford, WI facility after completing the workshop with Running Rebels.

The next cohort starts November 9, 2026, and you’ll join a hands-on team that values safety, quality, and collaboration while building skills in printing production and operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Solid work history.
• Willing to learn and follow directions.
• Able to read, write and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Remove printed product from production equipment.
• Stack, sort, and package finished products.
• Load collator hoppers.
• PaletIizing finished materials.
• Move pallets and materials using powered equipment after training.
• Support press and finishing crews.
• Follow quality and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals.
