Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, preparation, and execution of all programming.
• Learn 'The Ripken Way' and standards for top tournaments.
• Create a fun atmosphere and be a positive role model.
• Coordinate operations of other Ripken programming.
• Gain knowledge in management and coaching while assisting with facility operations.
• Announce games, play music, run scoreboard, relay messages to Tournament Director.
• Assist in weekly facility maintenance and upkeep.
• Maintain professionalism and provide extraordinary customer service.
• Collaborate with staff to understand company operations.
• Absorb training and uphold Ripken values.
