Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or STEM field is required.
• Extensive interfacing with design engineering, manufacturing, production and test personnel.
• In-depth knowledge of aerospace manufacturing/complex assembly practices and quality controls.
• Experience with PLM, MES, ERP and QMS software; proficient in GD&T.
• Ability to solve complex problems across multiple teams and drive goals.
• Strong communication to team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Ownership may include design standardization, DFM, and configuration management and control.
• Planning: work instruction review, process development, standard rework/repair documentation.
• Manufacturing: in-process build verification, coordination of travelled work, etc.
