Qualifications

• 3+ years of aerospace mechanical or related hands-on technical work.
• Experience with flight hardware and high-value components.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and procedures.
• Experience performing mechanical assembly and testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and system-level assembly, checkout, rework, and testing on flight hardware.
• Inspect hardware configuration, fastener installation, torque applications, and retention methods.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, fluid, avionics, and other off-nominal conditions with Engineering and Launch Operations.
• Read and execute detailed drawings, schematics, and procedures while documenting discrepancies.
• Operate material-handling equipment safely and travel as needed for field ops.
• Support vehicle readiness and Technical Operations activities.
