Job summary

Relativity Space in Long Beach, California seeks an Integration Technician I, Thrust Structure to oversee assembly, testing and installation of flight hardware for the Terran R program, collaborating with propulsion, avionics and manufacturing teams to ensure quality and schedule. This first‑shift role runs Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of aerospace mechanical experience or related field.
• Experience in fast-paced production environment handling flight hardware.
• Knowledge of fastener/torque applications, secondary retention, testing, avionics familiarity, and bonding operations.
• Ability to effectively communicate with engineering and production.
• Ability to set up and operate a wide range of hand and pneumatic tools along with calibrated tools and measuring devices.
• Must be able to climb ladders and be comfortable working in tight spaces.
• Able to navigate uneven terrain and reach overhead to complete assembly tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assembly, testing, and installation of flight hardware for Terran R thrust structure.
• Collaborate with production team, integration engineers and quality team to develop and document job operations.
• Primary focus on assembly, install, and testing of thrust structure and related systems.
• Document job operations and ensure high quality standards.
