Anduril Industries in Ashville, OH is seeking a Production Technician to join our rapidly growing team. You will assemble and integrate mechanical and electrical components, following blueprints and instructions to ensure subsystem communication and reliability.

The role requires relocation to Costa Mesa for a 3-month training program with housing provided. Candidates should have 1+ years in manufacturing, be able to read wiring diagrams, and be a U.S. citizen willing to work overtime if needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing (aerospace, electronics, or medical preferred).
• Able to read wiring diagrams and follow assembly instructions.
• Proficient with common hand tools and power tools.
• Able to work in a high-paced, team environment.
• U.S. Citizenship Required.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed blueprints, schematics, and instructions to assemble products or systems.
• Use various hand tools and power tools to put components together.
• Combine subsystems or components into a larger, functioning system.
• Ensure compatibility and proper communication between integrated components.
• Maintain detailed records of assembly processes, test results, and issues.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures in the workplace.
• Possibility for overtime and weekend shifts as needed.
