Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Construction Superintendent for our Starbase, TX project, to oversee and lead day-to-day site operations and logistics. You will manage a team of laborers and contractors, enforce safety policies, coordinate with engineering and project management, and ensure schedules, budgets, and quality meet SpaceX standards on a high-impact build.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 3+ years in construction or aerospace with leadership/coordination experience.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with a construction trade skill.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site management of a fast-paced project.
• Lead a team for site logistics, schedules, quality, and resources.
• Enforce SpaceX safety policies and drive safety culture.
• Manage procurement of materials and contractor coordination.
• Maintain daily log and coordinate with engineering and PM.
• Handle contractor badging and security.
• Assist with skilled trades ~10% as needed.
