Job summary

ParkwayKia South in Texas is opening its doors and seeks motivated Automotive Sales Consultants to join the founding team. Be part of a family-owned group building a brand-new dealership and enjoy uncapped earning potential.

You’ll assist customers through the vehicle buying process, demo vehicles, and collaborate with finance and service teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience. No prior automotive sales is required; we welcome people from retail or hospitality with strong

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience welcomed.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated with a desire to succeed.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and product demonstrations.
• Complete test drives.
• Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom leads.
• Maintain CRM activities and customer communications.
• Work with the finance and management teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Consistently achieve individual sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Knows and understands the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail automobile sales.
• Attends product and sales training courses as requested by sales manager as well as regularly scheduled sales meetings.
