Castelion is seeking a dedicated Launch R&D Technician to join our manufacturing team. You will support the design, setup, execution, and documentation of tests on hypersonic missile components, and travel to support launch activities across the country.

Work closely with design and manufacturing engineers to ensure performance, reliability, and safety standards are met. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on mechanical experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and travel up to 50% for test

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 5+ years hands-on mechanical experience in testing aerospace/automotive systems or related.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for test flight operations.

Responsabilidades

• Fabrication, assembly, and modification of test articles.
• Assemble and configure test fixtures and instrumentation.
• Operate hydraulic actuation systems and related equipment.
• Travel up to 50% for test flight operations.
• Log test data and maintain detailed records.
• Support engineers in refining test plans and procedures.
