The N2 Company is seeking a results-driven Area Director to launch, grow, and lead a Stroll publication in your local market. You will build partnerships with local business owners, feature residents and stories, and develop a recurring revenue stream under a proven plan.

You’ll follow a clear launch plan, establish your territory, and grow a business with your name on it, combining in-person relationship building with a home office setup.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• US residency and ability to operate a home-based business with local engagement.
• Strong sales drive and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet local business owners to build long-term advertising partnerships.
• Help reach homeowners with the neighborhoods served.
• Capture authentic stories reflecting community heart.
• Manage territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations.
• Partner with national team for design, production, and training.
• Lead publication growth as the face of Stroll in your market.
