Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 5 years in automotive finance or similar field.
• Experience with project controlling activities for automotive suppliers is preferred.
• Familiarity with quotations and cost estimating (injection molding, etc.) is desirable.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Solid systems background; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Launch Program financials in collaboration with PMs and Controllers, focusing on profitability and cost controls.
• Manage CapEx & tooling, project hours tracking, and ED&D recoveries.
• Coordinate cash collection for prototype builds and tooling recoveries with required documentation for invoicing.
• Assist monthly close with project hours data, cost center extraction, and capitalization of development costs.
• Review and approve project-related balance sheet reconciliations with plant controllers.
• Ensure SAP-MIRO processes are followed for procurement and MIRO reporting; set up projects and track hours.
