Job summary

HireLifeScience is seeking a Senior Specialist, Business Analyst, Launch Planning to serve as a subject matter expert in business analysis and process design for Strategy and Planning and Launch Planning capabilities within the Content Supply Chain Orchestration team.

The role requires strong business analysis, stakeholder management, and process mapping skills and reports to the Director, Content Supply Chain Orchestration. Knowledge of Adobe Workfront is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business analysis or solution design in regulated environments.
• Ability to gather, document, and validate requirements and translate to processes and solutions.
• Experience supporting planning workflows or cross-functional operations.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams.
• Experience with process mapping, user story development, testing support, and change impact assessment.
• Preferred: Adobe Workfront or similar enterprise workflow platforms.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate requirements for Strategy and Planning and Launch Planning solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and functional requirements.
• Drive backlog refinement and scope clarity with product and technology teams.
• Analyze current-state workflows and identify opportunities to standardize planning activities.
• Document future-state processes, decisions, and dependencies for scalable operations.
• Support test planning, user acceptance testing, and readiness activities.
• Help monitor adoption, capture feedback, and surface enhancements after release.
• Provide advisory support to cross-functional stakeholders to align requirements and guide adoption of new planning capabilities.
