Qualifications

• Experience managing execution of complex openings or experiential productions.
• Strong vendor management and procurement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate retail & merchandising: sourcing, pricing, inventory, and POS setup.
• Oversee food & beverage vendor selection, ordering, delivery coordination.
• Manage signage fabrication, permitting, and installation coordination.
• Coordinate casting logistics and talent availability within budgets.
• Oversee production and vendor management, scheduling, and issue resolution.
• Support pre-opening operations: staffing, onboarding, and supplies.
• Coordinate testing and opening readiness, troubleshoot issues.
• Work with cross-team partners to align milestones with the launch schedule.
• Own day-to-day priorities and bring consolidated decisions to founders.
