Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to learn and take on leadership responsibilities.
• Backgrounds in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, business, or marketing welcome.
• Previous management experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Learn face-to-face marketing, customer acquisition, and client representation.
• Develop coaching, communication, and team management skills.
• Learn territory planning, performance tracking, and daily operations.
• Participate in leadership training, team meetings, and professional mentorship.
