Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative to meet homeowners, present energy-efficient solutions, and learn POWER’s proven sales process through hands-on training and mentorship.

This full-time role offers uncapped commissions, a $3,900 sign-on bonus, weekly sign-on payouts during training, and strong career-growth opportunities across Silver Spring, MD, Baltimore, MD, and Tysons, VA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in sales.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is helpful.
• Bachelor's degree is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to deliver presentations on energy-efficient products and services.
