Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong quantitative reasoning and the ability to structure ambiguous questions, investigate data, and draw well-supported conclusions.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Python or R for data extraction, analysis, automation, modeling, or visualization.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms and an understanding of effective dashboard and visualization design.
• Overall GPA of 3.0 or better.

Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, validate, integrate, and analyze data to answer business questions.
• Build dashboards, reports, data visualizations, analytical tools, and scalable self-service solutions.
• Apply descriptive statistics, exploratory analysis, forecasting, experimentation, or predictive methods.
• Document data sources, metric definitions, analytical methods, assumptions, controls, and quality checks.
• Translate complex findings into clear insights, executive-ready presentations, and decision-support materials.
• Manage assigned workstreams with objectives, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder updates.
• Partner with analytics, product, distribution, operations, technology, digital experience, marketing, advice, wealth, and Retirement leaders.
• Support Retirement Solutions planning through market research, competitive intelligence, client insights, and prioritization.
• Contribute to strategic roadmaps, governance, pilots, test-and-learn initiatives, and tracking of risks and outcomes.
• Share knowledge across rotations and present rotation-end results and recommendations.
