Job summary

Firefly Aerospace seeks a Launch Technician III to join our team and perform complex assemblies, test, and integration for the Alpha Launch Vehicle. You will read wiring diagrams, route harnesses, troubleshoot and visually inspect components on-vehicle, while collaborating with engineers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with complex assemblies in aviation, including harnessing and wiring.
• Experience reading harness and wiring diagrams, routing, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to inspection quality and producibility in assembly.

Responsibilities

• Follow complex assembly procedures and work instructions.
• Execute integration processes and test flight hardware.
• Stage, set up, assemble, test and install flight hardware including wiring.
• Communicate with engineers and teammates to resolve discrepancies.
• Plan customer integration activities and perform load testing.
