Additionally, the Digital Solutions Senior Sales Executive - Launch will actively initiate and support pre-sales/sales efforts in pursuit of new accounts in partnership with the General Manager, as well as support those new clients along with existing clients by focusing on customer relationship management, expansion of services within the account(s), and ensuring the delivery teams provide high-quality work.

Job Summary

Launch Industry Solution Experts are responsible for promoting our company's services. This critical role identifies and researches potential clients, engages with prospects, describes our services, and closes sales. A Launch Industry Solution Expert leverages deep industry knowledge and expertise to understand customer needs and apply consultative selling techniques to lead the definition of solutions and proposals. Our approach is highly collaborative and often requires orchestrating and executing across client and internal personnel, building deep and lasting relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Leverage deep industry knowledge to build relationships, understand customer needs, and provide tailored solutions that drive revenue and customer success.
  • Engage with prospects and existing clients through consultative selling techniques to uncover pain points and business needs, guiding them to the best solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Work closely with solution teams and practice experts to develop customized solutions addressing client challenges.
  • Define the client value and relevance of solutions using industry-relevant KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to provide strategic guidance.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding and anticipating their needs.
  • Collaborate with General Managers, Client Partners, and other leaders to grow revenue and expand existing accounts, especially in finding new buyers.
  • Learn and understand go-to-market strategies, key service offerings, sales plays, messages, and motions.
  • Identify and close new accounts and opportunities in designated industry areas, with the ability to travel as needed.
  • Manage total sales performance for the industry area, including pipeline health.
  • Drive coordinated industry marketing efforts in partnership with leadership and marketing teams.
  • Coordinate renewal and expansion SOWs as needed.
  • Generate new logo leads through various activities as defined by the company and/or the individual.
  • Ensure CRM is maintained as the single source of truth.
  • Participate in account planning, follow-up, and execution of pursuit and close plans.
  • Build pursuit plans for leads, qualifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience selling professional, consulting, and/or digital solutions with a proven track record of exceeding quotas within the Healthcare Payer industry.
  • 3+ years' experience selling in digital product design, user experience, research, and innovation areas.
  • 2+ years' experience with a strong understanding of PoV of GenAI and AI technologies for the industry.
  • 8+ years in leadership roles, utilizing critical thinking, organizational, planning, and follow-up skills.
  • 8+ years engaging with senior executives, partners, and customers, with excellent communication skills.

Desired Skills:

  • Ability to communicate at all organizational levels and facilitate problem resolution.
  • Experience selling outcome-based work rather than staff augmentation.
  • Strong persuasion skills to align client problems with solutions.
