Job Summary

The Launch Industry Solution Expert promotes our company's services, identifies potential clients, engages prospects, and closes sales. They leverage industry knowledge and consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and define solutions collaboratively with internal teams, building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Utilize industry expertise to build relationships and provide tailored solutions that drive revenue and customer success.
  2. Engage with prospects and clients through consultative techniques to uncover needs and recommend solutions.
  3. Collaborate with solution teams to develop customized solutions addressing client challenges.
  4. Define client value using relevant KPIs and industry insights.
  5. Maintain understanding of industry trends and provide strategic guidance.
  6. Build and sustain long-term client and partner relationships.
  7. Work with leadership to grow revenue and expand accounts, including new business development.
  8. Learn and communicate go-to-market strategies, service offerings, and sales motions.
  9. Identify and close new accounts and opportunities, with travel as needed.
  10. Manage sales pipeline and performance metrics.
  11. Coordinate marketing efforts in partnership with leadership.
  12. Lead renewal and expansion efforts as appropriate.
  13. Generate new leads through various activities and ensure CRM accuracy.
  14. Participate in account planning and follow through on pursuit and close plans.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years in sales within the Healthcare Payer industry, with a proven quota exceeding record.
  • 3+ years in digital product design, user experience, research, or innovation.
  • 2+ years understanding of GenAI and AI technologies relevant to the industry.
  • Leadership experience for at least 8 years, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, engaging with senior executives and partners.
Preferred Skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Experience selling outcome-based services rather than staff augmentation.
  • Strong persuasion skills to align client problems with solutions.
