Job summary

Relativity Space is seeking an Electrical Construction Lead at Cape Canaveral, FL. You will drive electrical utility construction activities for launch facilities, develop construction drawings, RFPs, competitive bids, bid evaluations, and manage subcontractors.

You will design electrical systems for hazardous areas, lead a team of engineers and technicians, and create timely project schedules and budgets while improving workflows and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proficient experience in construction with electrical systems and project execution.
• Experience leading complex projects with matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical utility construction drawings, RFPs, bids, and subcontractor management.
• Design electrical systems and hazardous area requirements for other disciplines.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
• Create and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Develop processes to optimize workflow and responsibilities.
