Business Network International in Bend, Oregon is seeking Launch Director Consultants to generate leads and drive sales as part-time outside sales representatives. You will coach prospects, attend community events, and build a sales pipeline while working 20-25 hours per week, with possible evenings and weekends to meet needs.
You will educate prospects on BNI’s benefits, close sales, and maintain records. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required.
Launch Director Consultants (“Launch DCs”) are enthusiastic and driven outside sales representatives that generate leads and drive sales by coaching prospectiveMembershowto form powerful and profitable networks. TheLaunch DCis critical to the growth and success of a BNI Region, functions as the primary resource of a forming Chapter, and is actively engaged in sales, marketing, recruiting, coaching, goal setting, and project management. This position works 20-25 hours perweekmaximum with 80% oftimefocused on driving sales and sales maintenance. Position may require working non-traditional hours (evenings & weekends) to successfully meet prospecting and new Members’ needs.

Approximately $2,500-$4,000 through commission-based compensation based on historical results. Actual earnings may be lower or higher based on individual participation and performance. Commission earnings are uncapped. Where required by applicable law or company policy, compensation will be supplemented as necessary to ensure compliance with minimum wage requirements
