Job summary

EAB is seeking an Associate Director, Launch Consulting to lead the implementation of Decision Engine dashboards for education institutions. You will guide partners from kickoff through launch, ensuring a high-quality, consultative experience across multiple teams.

You will translate complex data and analytics into practical guidance for institutional leaders, working with Research, Product, and Delivery to drive adoption of solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of professional experience in technical project management or analytics.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience using SQL to investigate and troubleshoot data quality issues.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to spot data anomalies in business contexts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder conversations with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of Decision Engine dashboard implementations from kickoff through launch.
• Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate activities across partners, Research, Edify Data Engineering, Product, and Delivery.
• Lead partner and internal meetings, ensuring clear decisions and next steps.
• Assess partner data for completeness, consistency, and reasonableness.
• Use SQL and dashboards to investigate data patterns and root causes.
• Execute data validation processes and triage issues to appropriate teams.
• Build deep expertise in Decision Engine methodology and advise on model assumptions.
• Guide partner conversations about dashboard rationale, data definitions, and tradeoffs.
• Understand higher education finance and operations to interpret outputs.
• Configure and deploy dashboards in Qlik, manage user access, and refresh processes.
• Provide light troubleshooting and coordinate resolution with Engineering.
