Job summary

EAB is seeking an Associate Director, Launch Consulting to lead the implementation of Decision Engine dashboards, guiding partners from kickoff through launch with a high-quality, consultative experience.

The role requires strong SQL skills, data quality judgment, and cross-functional collaboration with Research, Product, Edify Data Engineering, and Delivery teams. Remote options are available within the continental US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in technical project management, implementation consulting, analytics, BI, customer success, or related client-facing role.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent cross-functional projects.
• Experience using SQL to investigate, validate, and troubleshoot data quality issues.
• Strong analytical reasoning to evaluate data context and identify anomalies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of Decision Engine dashboard implementations from kickoff through launch.
• Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate activities across partners and teams from data pipeline to validation and launch.
• Lead partner and internal meetings ensuring clear decisions and next steps.
• Assess partner data for completeness and reasonableness using analytical judgment.
