Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a Specurity Specialist to support security operations at launch bases, travel as needed, and ensure compliance with government security policies.

The role involves access control, SCIF accreditation, and incident coordination in a mission-focused environment. The successful candidate will hold an active TS/SCI with a recent polygraph and a bachelor's degree with relevant experience, and be prepared to work at Vandenberg SFB or nearby locations

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph in the last 10 years.
• Bachelor's Degree with 4-6 years of relevant security experience.
• Ability to work in a launch base or operational security environment.
• Willingness to travel for extended periods up to 25% per year.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall security operations support for launch base activities and security requirements.
• Supports access control, badging, visitor processing, and security escorting.
• Assists with SCIF accreditation, emergency management, and program security coordination.
