Job summary

AHEAD Foundation is seeking an Associate Product Engineer - Foundry as part of the LAUNCH program. Internally known as an Associate Technical Consultant, you will start with a 3-month training within the Foundry Engineering team and then work on client and internal projects based on skills and business needs.

This role emphasizes foundational engineering, lifecycle visibility, and global logistics support to accelerate time to value.

Qualifications

• Communication across teams and building positive relationships.
• Ability to work on teams, collaborate on projects, and deliver to deadlines.
• Proactiveness to get things done, solutions–oriented, and good at solving complex problems.
• Curiosity, creativity, courage, critical thinking in using technology to find new solutions.
• Ability to analyze issues, reason, and make recommendations.
• Manage an individual queue of tasks and provide progress updates in a PM system.
• Existing U.S. work authorization is required.
• Intern, co-op, or research experience in IT or a relevant field is a plus.
