Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies invites motivated students to join its Online internship program in New York. You will gain real-world experience in an online business environment and work on meaningful assignments across fields such as Brand E‑Commerce, Online Wholesale, Data Analytics, Software Engineering and more.

Interns will receive mentorship from seasoned Online executives, participate in events, and collaborate with other departments to understand various business roles.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates must have completed their Junior year by program start (June 2027) and on track to graduate in May 2028.
• Related degrees for technology roles (Engineering, Data Science or DevOps).
• Must have good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Is a team player and highly motivated with a strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
