Job summary

Meridial is seeking independent Language Alignment & Resource Partners (LARPs) to provide native-level Latvian vetting and QA for a specialized AI data project. Remote freelance engagement with flexible hours and global reach.

You will annotate, review, and test AI outputs for grammatical accuracy and cultural context, convert feedback into educational resources, and support production with linguistics expertise.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in linguistics, education, or related fields requiring linguistic detail.
• Experience in human data evaluation or annotation.
• Verified Latvian language proficiency at C1 or C2.
• Ability to transform feedback into educational resources.

Responsibilities

• Review, annotate, and test AI outputs for grammatical accuracy, naturalness, and cultural context.
• Act as a primary quality check during production to correct subtle cultural errors or phrasing.
• Analyze task quality trends and develop educational resources and feedback documentation.
• Provide linguistic consultation during project scaling.
