The role demands planning lifts, following safety protocols, and ensuring precise placement of components on active sites. Qualified candidates will have a valid all-terrain crane license and at least two years of crane operation experience, willingness to travel, and ability to work outdoors in extreme conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid Crane Operator license for all-terrain crane.
• Two years crane operation experience required.
• Must be familiar with standard hand signals.
• Willingness to travel and stay away from home as needed.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme heat, humidity, or cold.

Responsibilities

• Operates a crane to lift, move, and position loads with attention to safety and alignment.
• Plans lifts using capacity charts and pre-lift documents.
• Observes load hookup and ensures load safety during hoisting.
• Controls crane movement and uses appropriate attachments as needed.
• Performs daily crane inspections and maintains equipment.
• Monitors equipment operation and identifies hazards requiring adjustments.
