Job summary

Manson Construction Co. is seeking an experienced crawler crane operator to support marine construction projects in Louisiana. You will operate a lattice boom crawler crane, perform inspections, and assist during pile driving operations on a rotating schedule with travel requirements.

Required are 3+ years of lattice boom crawler crane experience, NCCCO certification for LBC, TWIC, and ability to communicate clearly with deck crews. Must have photo ID and be able to work outdoors on vessels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience with lattice boom crawler cranes.
• Certification: NCCCO Crane Operator with LBC specialization.
• TWIC card or eligibility required.
• Must read, understand and follow verbal and written instructions; able to respond to hand/radio signals.

Responsibilities

• Operate a crawler crane in marine construction projects.
• Perform daily crane inspections and basic maintenance.
• Assist in crane-related tasks during pile driving operations.
• Maintain rigging inventory and splices; support barge operations.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies and JSAs.
