Job summary

The Cambridge Public Schools seeks a Club Advisor for Cambridge Rindge & Latin High School. The role supports club members, coordinates meetings, and ensures documentation and compliance with district processes.

The position is part-time with a flat stipend of $1,000 for the contract period Sep 1, 2026 through Jun 30, 2027; starting immediately. Advisors record attendance, manage funds, and assist with Club Day activities and field trips under supervision of the Assistant Principal.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the subject area and experience with high school students.

Responsibilities

• Meet regularly with club members.
• Advertise club meeting times, dates, and locations.
• Record and keep attendance logs for every meeting.
• Manage all Club funds.
• Participate in the annual Club Day activities.
• Supervise club activities including approved field trips and fundraising activities.
• Attend meetings of the Club Advisors.
• Complete all required Club forms.
