Job summary

Link Manufacturing, Ltd. is seeking a motivated manufacturing operator for a daytime shift in Sioux Center, IA. Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, you will maintain machine operations, assist with setup, and support a climate-controlled production environment.

Ideal candidates demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. You will work both independently and with a team, following safety protocols and contributing to quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a pre-placement drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and wearing required PPE.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines as they arise.
• Perform regular maintenance on machines to keep them in good working conditions.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Set up and operate machinery according to specifications.
