Job summary

Industrial Technology Services and Rocktech Systems seeks a Lathe Mastercam Programmer for the 1st shift. The role requires 10+ years of CNC lathe programming, setup, and operation, with Swiss lathe programming a plus.

You will program using Mastercam, set up and operate CNC lathes, verify parts against blueprints, measure and document results, and maintain quality and safety standards in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years programming/set-up/operating in CNC Lathe.
• Ability to program using Mastercam.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Ability to read and understand CNC programming in order to verify parts are machined to meet requirements.
• Ability to use measuring instruments e.g. gauges, micrometers, calipers.
• Ability to set-up & make edits.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and does so with minimal supervision.

• Ensure parts are machined to customer specifications

• Monitors dimensions and makes adjustments as required to maintain tolerances.
• Document actions by completing production and quality logs as required.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area at all times.
• Comply with all company processes, procedures, quality directives and safety procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned

We are seeking someone who is energetic, flexible, and dependable with at least 10+ years of experience in programming, and set-up of Lathe machines. Possess the abilityin programming Swiss Lathes. Pay based on experience.
