  • Maintain recruiting databases, trackers, and candidate records with precision and attention to detail
  • Support interview scheduling and logistics, including managing calendars and arranging conference rooms and catering
  • Assist with communications to search firms and internal stakeholders, including practice group leaders, under guidance from senior team members
  • Monitor and manage the recruiting inbox, ensuring timely and organized responses
TEAM & FIRM SUPPORT
  • Provide day‑to‑day support to the U.S. Legal Recruiting team
  • Contribute to law student recruiting efforts during peak seasons
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation for fall associates and laterals
  • Support office tours and candidate experiences across recruiting programs
  • Partner collaboratively with colleagues across recruiting, HR, and other business services teams
  • Take on special projects and initiatives as the team continues to evolve and enhance its recruiting approach

  • Ability to preserve confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities
  • Ability to be a team player and exercise good judgment
  • Strong computer skills and preferably familiarity with Microsoft Office, LawCruit, and Workday
