The Washington County Sheriff's Office is actively recruiting to create a pool of diverse candidates eligible for current and future Lateral Patrol Deputy vacancies in our Enforcement Division. We seek individuals who are great communicators, demonstrate strong moral character, possess good customer service skills, can think and reason under pressure, are active problem solvers, maintain positive attitudes, and thrive in a team environment.
Respond to calls for service; patrol county roads, residential, and business areas; investigate traffic accidents; and enforce traffic and criminal laws.
