You will maintain autonomy while leveraging the firm’s support, infrastructure, and reputation. The opportunity offers a highly attractive, entrepreneur-friendly compensation model with upside, including keeping 100% of your own collections minus overhead and additional upside from partner-worked

Responsibilities

• Maintain autonomy over your practice while leveraging the platform's support, infrastructure, and reputation
• Supervise an associate while retaining the generated collections and managing compensation
• Take advantage of cross-referral opportunities and firm-wide resources to grow your practice
• Benefit from billing, collections, staffing, office administration, and firm management support
