Lateral Mid-Level Litigation Associate

Gordon Tilden Thomas & Cordell LLP, one of Washington's leading litigation boutiques, is seeking an associate with the following qualifications:

• Four or more years of experience handling civil litigation in Washington; insurance coverage experience highly preferred;
• A desire for a varied and complex civil litigation practice, including: insurance coverage; business/commercial; high-stakes personal injury; and trusts & estates;
• Eagerness for immediate and increasing responsibility;
• Strong academic background with superior writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

We offer competitive salary and benefits, including:

• Compensation range: $142,000 - $225,000;

• • Based on salary of $142,000 - $190,000, for four to eight years of relevant experience;
  • Plus billable-hours based bonuses of $10,000 for 1,600 hours, $20,000 for 1,700 hours, and $35,000 for 1,800 hours;

• Discretionary year-end bonus;
