Job summary

System One is seeking a Lateral Flow Production Analyst I in Lawrence, MA. The role focuses on preparing reagents, handling antibiotics in samples, and assembling components for testing, with strict tracking of materials and data for approval by management.

The position requires a BS in Biochemistry, Biology or related field or equivalent experience, plus Lateral Flow manufacturing experience and GMP/GLP familiarity. On-site hours are Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent experience in production/biochemistry.
• Experience with Lateral Flow diagnostic test manufacturing.
• GMP/GLP experience expected.

• Dilute antibiotics in raw milk or prepare grain samples and qualify with tests.
• Spray and assemble components for pre/post-production testing.
• Document lot numbers, production dates and other materials tracking data.
• Present complete data for management approval.
• Bag, label, seal finished products and store under proper conditions.
• Update SOPs to keep procedures current.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and adjust reagents required for testing and production of ROSA components.
• Dilute necessary antibiotics in raw milk or prepare incurred grain samples and qualify using approved tests.
• Spray and assemble components for pre and postproduction testing.
• Document accurately and precisely all vital information to track raw materials such as lot numbers and production dates.
• Present complete data for approval by management.
• Bag, label and seal finished product and store in proper conditions.
• Update SOPs as assigned to ensure procedures are current and correct.

Requirements

• BS degree in Biochemistry, Biology or related field and/or equivalent experience (i.e., working as a Production Department Technician)
• Lateral Flow diagnostic test manufacturing experience
• GMP/GLP Experience
• Understanding of basic statistics
