Duties:
  • Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and other corporate transactions.
  • Provide legal counsel on general corporate and emerging companies matters.
  • Draft and review transaction documents, including purchase agreements and investment contracts.
  • Conduct due diligence and assist in structuring complex transactions.
  • Manage client relationships and offer strategic advice.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on high-level deals and take ownership of key aspects.
  • Contribute to business development and build client relationships.
Requirements:
