Qualifications

• Current law school class years 2021–2025 applying for an associate to join our litigation team in Orange County.
• Ideal candidate should have strong interest in federal and significant state court litigation.
• Prior exposure to class actions, employment, ERISA, privacy, antitrust, securities, environmental, etc. is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Researching and drafting motions and briefs.
• Participating in all aspects of discovery and case/client management.
