Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking Crew Members to support after-dinner and late-night shifts at our Warren, OH locations. Shifts start as early as 4:00pm and vary by restaurant, with some closing as late as midnight or later.

This role focuses on guest satisfaction through friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include taking orders, processing payments, assisting with kitchen tasks, and maintaining clean, safe dining areas.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
• Must get along with coworkers and guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and positively engage guests in the restaurant.
• Accurately accept guests' orders and process payments.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable area for guests and team members.
• Work well with our Delivery Partners.
• Maintain facility cleanliness by wiping tables, washing dishes, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Answering questions about menu items and promotions.
• Prepare ingredients and menu items.
• Restocking product and workstations.
• Using food preparation equipment including ovens, fryers, grills and various kitchen equipment.
• Maintaining a clean work environment by cleaning workstations and equipment, washing dishes, sweeping and mopping floors.
