Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is hiring a Cookie Crew Member in Texas. You will be part baker, part hospitality expert, and part late-night hero, welcoming guests, baking and packaging cookies and treats, and ensuring accurate orders across in-store, pickup, delivery, and online channels.

Work includes handling the register, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting your team to keep the line moving. Evening, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts are common, with opportunities for growth into leadership

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain any required food safety certifications applicable to the location.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and make every interaction memorable.
• Prepare, bake, and package cookies, brownies, ice cream, and other treats to Insomnia's quality standards.
• Accurately prepare in-store, pickup, delivery, and online orders.
• Operate the register and process guest transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe throughout every shift.
• Jump in wherever the team needs you, including restocking supplies or helping a teammate.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency, partnering with the Shift Leader as needed.
• Deliver an experience that turns first-time guests into lifelong Insomniacs.
