Job summary

Insomnia Cookies in Grand Forks is seeking Cookie Crew Members to join our new UND-area store team. You’ll be a key part baker and hospitality specialist, baking warm cookies and delivering a memorable guest experience.

Evening, late-night, weekend and holiday shifts are common. No experience required; we offer training, competitive hourly pay, flexible scheduling, employee discount, and growth opportunities into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain any required food safety certifications applicable to the location.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and make interactions memorable.
• Prepare, bake, and package warm cookies, brownies, ice cream, and other treats to quality standards.
• Accurately prepare in-store, pickup, delivery, and online orders.
• Operate the register and process guest transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, stocked, organized, and food‑safe throughout every shift.
• Jump in wherever teamwork is needed to keep the line moving.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency, partnering with Shift Leader when needed.
• Deliver a memorable experience that turns first-time guests into lifelong Insomniacs.
