Job Duties

Latchkey Program is Lathrop R-II's before and after-school child care program. The Latchkey Associate organizes, monitors, and directs age‑appropriate recreational and educational activities for elementary school children while maintaining a clean and safe environment. The Associate ensures the safety and well‑being of children in the program and administers first aid and medical assistance. The Associate will also communicate with parents in a positive and encouraging manner about their child's day in the before‑ and after‑school program.
