Job summary

You will work with colleagues across markets to provide a first-class client experience while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Responsibilities include executing trades, creating discretionary account mandates, monitoring risk and fees, and managing Alternatives documents.

Qualifications

• Requires Series 7 and 66 licenses or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Fluent in Spanish and English for client interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree required; 1+ year of industry experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy and follow‑through.

Responsibilities

• Execute brokerage trades and review trade blotters daily.
• Create mandates for discretionary accounts.
• Monitor risk metrics and team loadings with Team Leader.
• Submit and monitor fee schedules and billing.
• Manage Alternatives documents and coordinate with clients.
