Responsibilities

• Enhance the team’s capacity to deliver assigned stories by the end of the sprint
• Develop features requiring novel technical designs and mentor junior developers through collaboration and code reviews
• Ensure successful delivery of sprint commitments by managing pipelines, environments, and key deliverables
• Present technical and sprint demos during review meetings to showcase completed work
• Document plans to address anticipated risks/blockers and advance best practices

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of professional experience in relevant technologies and projects
• Demonstrable proficiency in at least two of the following: building attractive user interfaces, building data-driven REST APIs, administering databases/cloud/servers
• Experience in building .NET applications and designing server-side applications using C#
• Skilled in integrating back-end components and understanding application architecture
• Experience presenting to client stakeholders and articulating business outcomes impacted by development projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coaching and mentoring through ad-hoc collaboration and structured code reviews
• Relevant education, which may include a Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
