Whirlpool Corporation in Benton Harbor, MI seeks a Finance Lead for the KitchenAid Small Appliances business across Latin America, owning full P&L, FCF, pricing and strategic execution.

You will steer cost management, channel profitability, and currency risk across multiple countries to drive sustainable, profitable expansion.

Requires a finance or accounting degree and 7+ years in multinational consumer goods, English and Spanish fluency, and strong ERP/BI skills with executive communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA/CPA/CFA strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive finance experience with 3+ years leading teams in multinational consumer goods.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese skills valued.

Responsabilidades

• Own P&L across Latin American markets from gross sales to EBIT.
• Oversee regional FCF forecasting, working capital, CapEx budgeting, and currency exposure.
• Lead order-to-cash workflows, contracts, and trade-spend compliance.
• Direct internal controls, SOX compliance, and risk management for macroeconomic shifts.
