Desired Expertise

• Enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science from a selective institution.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Payment

• Core project work pays approximately USD $12.5 - $34.5 per hour, depending on expertise, skills assessment, location, and project needs.
• Higher rates may be offered to PhDs or for certain projects; lower rates may apply during onboarding or overtime phases. Incentive payments may also be available.
