MoneyGram is seeking a Performance Content Creator to develop creative for Mexico and Latin America, turning ideas into measurable results, and using AI to scale what works. You will own concepts from hooks to scripts and vary formats, writing and reviewing Spanish copy that feels authentic, not translated, and collaborating with Growth Marketing to optimize performance.

Competenze

• Portfolio demonstrating results and storytelling across paid media
• Proven performance creative experience for paid media
• Ability to interpret performance metrics and derive insights
• Hands-on use of AI creative tools in content creation
• Native-level Spanish with cultural understanding of Mexican/LATAM audiences
• Experience with video editing and motion design tools
• Comfort writing and reviewing Spanish copy for authenticity

Mansioni

• Own from concept to execution: hooks, scripts, storyboards and final creative.
• Film, edit, design and animate: UGC, short-form video, statics and motion.
• Test creative hypotheses and measure performance with Growth Marketing.
• Analyze hooks, CTR, CVR and CAC to optimize campaigns.
